Wendy Finger, director of human resources and office management for Family Office Exchange (FOX) has 11 years of progressive experience in the fields of change management, performance, and project management and organizational development.

Ms. Finger worked most recently as director of human resources for the I Beam Project at Beam Global Spirits & Wine, serving as a human resources generalist with global responsibilities for the firm’s SAP implementation team. She managed project on boarding/off boarding of the international project team, including ensuring compliance with international labor law; facilitated an organization restructuring and job description review for areas impacted by SAP; and collaborated with executives on Key Performance Indicator development and execution plans.

Before joining Beam, Ms. Finger was operations manager for Accent Marketing. There, she led all staffing and people related issues regarding site openings; facilitated the company’s first comprehensive performance gap analysis; and implemented a junior management certification program that reduced turnover among non-exempt employees by 25 percent.

Earlier, as manager of performance improvement at Bank of America, Ms. Finger designed and implemented a site-wide retooling of 750 employees to enable restructuring plan. She also managed associate readiness plans for new client integration, resulting in a $29 million revenue stream within four weeks of full production. In addition, she oversaw task and risk analysis, curriculum development and KPI performance.

She also has served as data and systems team leader at William M. Mercer and as training manager at Pegasus Satellite Television.

Ms. Finger has a bachelor’s degree in public policy from Tulane University and a master’s degree in organizational development from the University of Louisville. In addition, she completed a graduate internship in the appliances division of General Electric.
