Scott Winslow joined Family Office Exchange in April 2007 as the firm’s first Managing Partner based outside the United States. He serves FOX’s international member community from a new office in northeast London.

Scott, who has worked in London for four years, has extensive experience doing research and meeting facilitation for executive groups. Most recently, he ran the European Financial Services thought leadership program for Deloitte in London.

Prior to that, Scott was managing director of financial services at Datamonitor, a London-based market research and consulting firm. He was responsible for all aspects of the firm’s global financial services research practice, which provides research reports, briefs, custom research and consulting to banks, insurance companies and other financial services companies. There, he set the strategic direction of Datamonitor’s financial services business, identifying and launching new products and services and forging alliances with strategic business partners. Scott also has served as managing director of the Corporate Executive Board, a Washington D.C.-based firm that serves as a best practices research advisor to leading financial organizations worldwide. He was managing director for the Business Banking Board and Operations Council, overseeing the practices focused on the strategy and marketing of corporate banking services by financial services firms as well as the management and oversight of financial services operations.

Scott also has held research-related positions at SNL Securities, Advisory Board Co. and First Commerce Corp. He has a bachelor’s degree in economics and foreign affairs from the University of Virginia and a master’s degree in business administration from Tulane University.
