Ruth Easterling, Managing Director, Member Services for Family Office Exchange, manages all programs and services related to membership, including conferences, educational forums, webinars, website, and communications.

Prior to joining FOX, Ms. Easterling worked with the professional services firm Smith, Bucklin & Associates, which provides association management and consulting services to more than 180 associations. She has served as executive director to professional associations and consulted with international and national organizations. Ms. Easterling developed a reputation for re-engineering membership structures and planning processes to enable organizations to maximize their potential. Ms. Easterling served as executive director to associations ranging in size from 300 to 4,000 members. She has also provided strategic planning, quality improvement and customer service consulting to boards and association staff. Ruth has a bachelor's degree in Management and Leadership from Judson College.
