Job Description:
The Relationship Manager for Councils serves as a key contributor to the execution of one of the firm’s major FOX Councils. This role is responsible for liaising with Council prospects and members, and is accountable for providing the highest quality standards in all interactions with them.
Sales and Member Support:
- Utilize the research prospect database to uncover applicable candidates to grow the Business Owning Family Council. Work with the Managing Director to close the membership.
- Proactively reach out to potential prospects through outbound calling and Emailing campaigns to build prospect pipeline.
- Qualify prospects for lead generationand track lead progress.
- Perform complex and confidential support functions including developing written correspondence and replies to inquiries
- Maintain Council member and prospect lists, including scheduling calls for each member or prospect
- Leverage CRM database, develop work flow processes that efficiently and effectively provide MD of Councils with all relevant prospect information needed to close outside sales (new member sales).
- Create and maintain all hard copy and electronic files, including data entry into CRM tool. Trend CRM data to develop profiles of prospects likely to close for efficiencies in lead generation tactics.
- Research and build networks and pipeline for lead generation through outbound calling-campaigns, industry networking events and professional associations/affiliations.
- Complete reporting on Council cash flow and renewal schedule, including process for monthly renewals
- Facilitate web profile creation and ongoing maintenance and create and distribute member IDs and passwords, as needed.
Meeting Support:
- Perform complex and confidential administrative functions including developing written correspondence, presentation materials and replies to inquiries
- Contribute content to and share member feedback with the other departments of the firm.
- Under the direction of MD of Councils, liaise with content experts to develop agendas and content plans for Council meetings.
- Plan all logistics related to Council Meetings including speaker support, material preparation, venue selection and vendor relations.
- Coordinate speakers; support MD in agenda setting;
- Manage all content relevant to Councils (Knowledge Center storage and retrieval, handout and materials preparation, post meeting staff debriefs, support facilitation of content repurposing sessions, etc.)
Ideal Professional Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university
- Knowledge of the private wealth industry preferred
- 1 to 2 years experience in a related field; experience with a member based, or professional service organization highly desired
