John joined FOX in 2002 after 18 years at Accenture (formerly Andersen Consulting), where he served in a variety of roles, including program manager for a companywide knowledge management system used by 70,000 users in more than 40 countries.

Alerted to the opening for a CFO at FOX by his personal network, John saw the opportunity in a small firm to make an impact, both immediately and over time. He also was intrigued by the wealth industry and the unique needs of FOX’s members.

John used the opportunity at FOX to redirect his technology experience at Accenture and reconnect to his background in finance and accounting. John realized his desire to create impact within the first year at FOX and, since then, has been instrumental in building the company’s financial, technology, and operations infrastructure.

So, what does John enjoy most about FOX? “No question,” he says, “everyone is friendly, and there is a strong spirit of teamwork to achieve a common goal.”

Anna joined FOX in 2002, coming from the New York City Bar Association where she was director of continuing legal education. Anna learned of FOX just as she was finishing work on her MBA from Fordham University.

Anna was drawn to the collaborative spirit as well as the professional and personal flexibility of the firm. She liked the fact that she could get involved in new projects and not be pigeonholed in one position. She also liked being able to balance family and career.

Starting as program manager with oversight of FOX webinars, Anna has stepped into a number of roles as the firm has grown and her talents have blossomed. When FOX decided to create a dedicated research department, for instance, Anna helped make it a reality, and today she is a major contributor to FOX’s major research studies and white papers.

“Being part of the strategic direction of the firm is one of the most enjoyable aspects of work at FOX,” Anna says. “The principals want input from everyone. The company is very open about its goals, performance and opportunities. And there is access to everyone at every level.”
