Mark is a senior consultant and external advisor for FOX, an advisor to Cymric Family Office Services, and manager of Wyoming Consulting LLC. In 2007 he retired as President/CEO of Moreland Management Company, where he had been an officer since 1989. He continues to serve the family as president of its Wyoming fiduciary corporations. Prior to joining Moreland, Mr. Polzin was an executive and director of several Midwestern community banking organizations. He has an extensive background in taxation, trust and estate planning, and securities law involving family office issues. Mark holds a BS Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a JD from Marquette University Law School. He is a director, audit committee member, and chairman of the nominating and corporate governance committee of an NYSE-listed company, and is Chairman of the Board of Regents of Concordia University Wisconsin. |
