Event: Family Office 101: Creating a Family Office Blueprint
Description: The first step in opening a single family office is to think of it as
a business, and develop a plan. In this workshop, participants
will learn from experienced professionals and family members
the best practices for how to build a family office structure to
support the family group. We will explore guiding principles and
governance, scope of services and delivery models, investment
processes, and allocation of costs.
Who should attend? FO 101 is designed for family members
and family office executives of newly liquid families and families
who have recently started a family office. By the end of the
workshop, you will create your own custom roadmap for the
next 18-24 months of office start-up, and understand how to
measure the value of your office.
