About Confidentiality
At Family Office Exchange (FOX), the privacy and security of our members' personal information are our highest priorities. We maintain tight control and strict confidentiality of all personal information. Our commitment to security and privacy is backed by industry-leading encryption, authentication, and network integrity technologies, maintained and upgraded on an ongoing basis.
Internally, any personal information gathered is used to communicate with members, process and respond to requests, and provide information regarding the products and services we make available. Personal information is never sold, rented, or used for other purposes. FOX employees and contractors are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and any misuse of client information is grounds for disciplinary action.
From time to time, our site requests information from users via surveys. Participation in these surveys, including benchmarking, is completely voluntary and the user therefore has a choice whether or not to disclose this information. Information requested may include contact information, demographic information, and other data in answer to survey questions. Survey results will be used for purposes of gathering industry data for FOX members.
On occasion, FOX will rely on third party affiliates to assist us in providing the services and products we offer to you. Any affiliate receiving information from FOX will receive only the minimal amount of information necessary to support the services offered by FOX, and will be contractually obligated to preserve that information in confidence. These affiliates will be contractually prohibited from using any information supplied to them for any purpose other than to support FOX services. |
