Northwood Family Office LP is an independent, privately-owned Canadian multi-family office offering objective, comprehensive Net Worth Management to wealthy families and foundations. Some clients refer to us as their “personal CFO”. Our mission is to provide direction, perspective, and confidence to our clients through multi-disciplinary advice and counsel. Our unique Net Worth Management approach starts with an overall view of client needs and goals, and then coordinates all aspects of their financial lives accordingly. We help clients preserve and grow their Net Worth, focusing on the management of liabilities as well as assets. This approach is fundamentally different from traditional asset management. We integrate all the diverse parts of our clients’ financial and investment lives into a customized strategic plan, drawing on our extensive experience and working closely with our clients’ professional advisors. We carefully select and coordinate external specialists from all financial disciplines, based on individual client needs—including discretionary investment managers. We also offer our clients our own internal investment management expertise for specific investment mandates.
