Before founding the firm, Philippe Weil helped establish the International Private Banking branch of the Union Bank of Israel and held various key positions in the private banking sector in Switzerland for the Republic National Bank and Julius Baer & Co. AG. He also spent four years trading with JP Morgan in Zurich and New York as a market maker in fixed income and derivatives products.
